Speltid

2 x 20 minuter.

Storlek

• Bollstorlek: 4.
• Planens storlek: 60-68m x 45-50m.
• Målets storlek: 5m x 2m.

Poängberäkning

Vid avgjord match får segrande lag tre poäng och förlorande lag noll poäng. Vid oavgjord match får båda lag en poäng.

Om två eller flera lag får samma poäng avgörs tabellplaceringen enligt:

1. Målskillnad.
2. Flest gjorda mål.
3. Inbördes möte.
4. Lottdragning.

Antalet spelare och byten

• 8 spelare på planen, inklusive målvakten.
• Fritt antal avbytare får användas.
• Flygande byten. Utgående spelare ska lämna planen innan avbytaren inträder.
• Byte av hela laget får ske vid eget bollinnehav när bollen är ur spel.
• Byte av målvakt endast tillåtet vid spelavbrott.

Överåriga spelare

Det är tillåtet att anmäla två (2) st, högst 1 år, överåriga spelare i spelartruppen. En tredje överårig spelare kan delta om föreningen har beviljats dispens från förbundet.

Inkast

Om en spelare utför ett inkast på ett tekniskt felaktigt sätt ska samma spelare få möjlighet att göra om inkastet, efter att domaren gett en kort instruktion om hur inkastet ska utföras. Dock endast ett försök till.

Varning och utvisning

Gula och röda kort används inte. Domaren har dock rätt att be en spelare vila i ett par minuter om domaren anser att en händelse inträffat som kräver en sådan åtgärd. Vid grov förseelse har domaren rätt att be spelaren vila för resten av matchen.

Spelaren som vilar får ersättas av annan spelare så att matchen fortsättningsvis spelas 8v8.

Offside

Offsideregeln tillämpas enligt Finlands Bollförbunds rekommendationer. Offside i förlängningen av straffområdet.

Frispark

Vid frispark ska motspelarna befinna sig minst 5,5m från bollen om de inte står på egen mållinje mellan målstolparna.

Indirekt frispark

Om anfallande laget får en indirekt frispark inom straffområdet, sparkas frisparken från straffområdets gräns (rakt bakåt till straffområdets gräns, från platsen där regelbrottet begicks).

Straffspark

Straffen slås från 7,5m. Alla utom straffskytten skall befinna sig minst 5,5m från bollen.

Avgörande i slutspelsmatcher

Vid oavgjort resultat efter full tid spelas en förlängning på 5 minuter. Därefter om nödvändigt straffar, bäst av tre.

Inspark

Slås från valfri plats inom straffområdet och på liggande boll.

Tillbakaspel till målvakt

Målvakten får inte ta bollen med händerna, efter en bakåtpassning från en medspelare. Detta resulterar i indirekt frispark.

Övrigt

• Ledarna skall avvakta domarens tecken innan de inträder om spelare skadat sig.
• Instruktioner får endast ges från tekniska området.
• Direktivet för användning av extra spelare tillämpas inte.
• Deltagande lag ansvarar för spelarnas, ledarnas, föräldrarnas samt supportrarnas uppträdande.
• En spelare får representera endast den klubb han/hon har representationsrätt för, men följande undantag tillåts:

1. Föreningar som inte får ihop eget lag, kan delta som kombinationslag.
2. Förening kan, om vägande skäl föreligger, låna spelare från annan förening. Ansökan skickas till Alandia Cup senast 31 maj.

Spelare kan endast delta i ett (1) lag i turneringen.

Tävlingsjury

• Eventuella protester skall skriftligen lämnas till tävlingskansliet senast 60 minuter efter avslutad match.
• Protesterna behandlas av en av arrangörerna tillsatt tävlingsjury.
• Det går inte att protestera mot domarens beslut.
• Juryns beslut går inte att överklaga.
• En protestavgift på 50€ skall bifogas protesten. Avgiften återbetalas om protesten godkänns.

Vid Alandia Cups spelplaner och Strandnäs skola finns kiosker varifrån man kan köpa drycker, någonting salt och sött. Produktutbud kan variera mellan kioskerna. Endast kortbetalning.

Som det till sommaren hör, finns även glass till försäljning.

Wiklöf Holding Arena (WHA)

Huvudarenan i Mariehamn. Här finns två konstgräsplaner. Här finns ca 10 omklädningsrum och duschar. Wiklöf Holding Arena ligger i centrala Mariehamn.

Backeberg (BB)

Backeberg ligger tre kilometer norr om Mariehamns centrum. Där finns två 11-mannaplaner (alternativt fyra 8-mannaplaner) med gräs och två omklädningsrum med duschar.

During Alandia Cup we of course play lots of football, but we have time for other activities as well. These acitivities are included for the teams who are attending Alandia Cup:

Bowling

All the teams can book a bowling (one time) at the Idrottsgården. One needs to prebook the time through an email: idrottsgarden@mariehamn.ax

The Åland Maritime Museum & Tall Ship Pommern 

Free entry with the Alandia Cup wristband. The Åland Maritime Museum, which have won several prizes, together with the Tall Ship Pommern are one of the most unique attractions that Åland have to offer. They are very popular tourist attraction both for children and adults. More information and opening hours will be found here. 

 

Discgolf

Åland have a big variation of discgolf courses. You can read more about them here. 

Opening ceremony for  Alandia Cup is on Friday 14th of June. All the teams will be gathering at the town square (Torget) in Mariehamn 6 pm. 6.15pm we will start the tournament parade towards Wiklöf Holding Arena, where the program will continue for a short moment. 

We are going to arrange Leaders Night for the leaders and coaches and also a Disco for the Alandia Cup participants. More info coming soon! 

All the meals will be served at three different schools: Övernäs skola, Strandnäs South and Strandnäs North. Meals at Övernäs skola and Strandnäs North are only for those who have the accommodation at the same school. Meals at Strandnäs South is for all the other (for those who have accommodation there, for those who have B-package and for those who have purchased food tickets).

Meals will be served from Saturday to Wednesday and the opening hours are:  

Breakfast 06:30-08:30.
Lunch 10:30-13:00.
Dinner 16:00-19:00.

Wednesday brunch 6:30-12:30.
 

Food tickets (for those who have not purchased A- or B-package)

• Breakfast 5€
• Lunch or dinner 10€, children under 7 years 5€

You can purchase food tickets at the Alandia Cup Office at Strandnäs South school.

Last day to register food allergies is 31st of May 2024 and it needs to be done through ProCup. If the food allergies are registered after 31st of May, we can not guarantee correct food to be served. 

Arriving

All the teams need to arrive to the Åland Islands latest on Friday before the tournament begins. The opening ceremony will take place on Friday 6pm. We recommend you to book your return tickets to Wednesday (last final match will start 11am). 

We recommend all the teams to plan their dinner on Friday independently, we will not serve any food on the behalf of the Alandia Cup on Friday. You can find most of the restaurants in Mariehamn here.

Group games will be played from Saturday to Tuesday, follow-up games on Tuesday/Wednesday and semifinals and finals on Wednesday. 

Amount of matches

Every team get to play at least six (6) matches during the tournament. 

Cancellations

You can cancel your partipicipation latest 31st of January 2024, but the paid registration fee is not refunded.

First Aid

We do not have any first aid point at the tournament. We highly recommend all the teams to make sure to have their own first aid kit with them. If you need doctor/hospital the adress is Doktorsvägen 1, Mariehamn and telephone number is 018 535 117.

Invoicing/Payment

The registration fee of 250€ must be paid to Alandia Cup within 10 days of registration.

The participant packages, ferry tickets and accommodation are invoiced by selected partners.

Level adjustment

We do not have level adjustment at Alandia Cup and we will divide the groups by drawing lots.

Loundry

If you need to do some loundry you can use the washing maschines at Guest harbour in Mariehamn. You need to book the time for your loundry at the harbour office. There are six washing machines and tumble dryers you can use them for 5€ /machine. 

Participation packages

It is mandatory to have a participation package for all players + leaders (at least two leaders per team)! 

Package A: accommodation at school, full board (meals at the school from Saturday breakfast to Wednesday brunch/lunch) and activities.

Package B: own accommodation (booked through travel partners), half board (meals at the school; lunch and dinner from Saturday to Wednesday) and activities.

Package C: Own accommodation (booked through travel partners) and own meals. Activities are included at the package. 

If you want to change your package type, please take contact with the travel partner you have chosen and Alandia Cup. 

ProCup

ProCup is a tournament system we will be using and the contact person will receive login information right after the registration. All the player lists and food allergies (allergies if you have package A or B) will be filled through ProCup. 

Registration

The registration will open in the beginning of October and you will find it through our website. Please fill out all the details in the registration form carefully, all the information will be sent out automatically to Alandia Cup. 

Once you have registered your team, make sure to be in contact with one of our travel partners in order to book your ferry tickets, accommodation and compulsory participation packages.
