Registration for Alandia Cup 2024 is now closed.

Registration fee

Registration fee is 250€ and it needs to be paid latest 10 days after your registration. There is limited places for the tournament and teams who have paid registration fee have priority to those who have not. Your registration day is the day when we receive the payment. Even if you cancel your participation the registration fee is non refundable.

Participant packages

In order for your registration to be valid it is mandatory to book all the ferry trips, accommodation and mandatory participation packages through our travel partners. Have a direct contact with them.

Travel partners will invoice the participation packages as well. It is mandatory to buy the packages for all the players and leaders/coaches!

Package A:

  • 195€ / person.
  • 3 meals a day: Saturday breakfast - Wednesday lunch 
  • Accommodation in school
  • Max 22 person / room. The cup organiser will show where your team sleeps. 
  • Own mattresses and bedsheet/sleeping bags and pillows 
  • At least two adults per group

Package B:

  • 150€ / person.
  • 2 meals a day: Saturday lunch - Wednesday lunch 
  • Accommodation is booked through travel partners
  • At least two adults per group

Package C:

  • 85€ / person.
  • Vouchers for food can be bought at the Alandia Cup Office 
  • Accommodation is booked through travel partners
  • At least two adults per group



Transport kan bokas endast för lag med A-paket för 20€ / person. I priset ingår transport från hamnen till skolan och från skolan till hamnen samt vid behov (beroende på vilken skola laget bor i) till och från spelplanerna och till och från invigning samt discot.

ProCup is a tournament system we will be using and the contact person will receive login information right after the registration. Through ProCup you will fill the player lists and food allergies (if you choose package A or B). If you change the contact person, please update that as well in ProCup. 

All registration information and login information to ProCup will be sent to your email. If you have not receive it, please check your trash folder. 

Dead line for player lists (and allergies) is May 31st. Any changes after that will cost 25€ per person.
